I’m Rachel Nguyen, a nutrition researcher with a background in biochemistry and over a decade of experience evaluating dietary supplements.

Optuvit started from a simple frustration: the supplement industry is full of noise. Bold claims, misleading labels, and products that look impressive on the shelf but deliver nothing in your body. I watched friends and family spend hundreds of dollars on supplements that either did nothing or were actively harmful due to poor ingredient forms and dosing errors.
